Patrick Cantlay and Will Zalatoris
We would love to see Patrick Cantlay take on a new hat deal, maybe even opting for one of those iconic giant hats that have become popular. On the other hand, we hope that Will Zalatoris can overcome his struggles with short putting just like Lucas Glover did this past year. It would be fantastic to witness their improved performance on the course.

Tiger Woods and Other Golf Stars
Our wish is for Tiger Woods to play not just for casual outings but to compete in more official tournaments. We hope to avoid any news of surgeries and instead witness his remarkable skill on the fairway. Additionally, we would love to see Adam Scott, Jordan Spieth, and Justin Thomas back in the winner’s circle, showcasing their exceptional talent and claiming victory.

Support for Smaller Events and Amazing Feats
We encourage top professionals to support smaller events and not just focus on the high-profile, high-stakes tournaments. It’s important to appreciate all tournaments and acknowledge the fans who have been loyal for decades. We also hope to witness extraordinary moments like Chesson Hadley shooting a record-breaking 57 at the American Express.

AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am and the Return of Excitement
We eagerly anticipate a renewed energy at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. It’s time for the tournament to attract a star-studded field, demonstrating the prestige of this iconic golfing destination. We believe that a competitive field is more captivating than celebrity appearances, and we look forward to witnessing exciting golf performances.
Thrilling Moments at the WM Phoenix Open
Our dream is to witness not only a hole-in-one at the 16th hole during the WM Phoenix Open but also enjoy a spectacular night performance by Duran Duran at the Bird’s Nest. This combination of amazing golf and incredible music would create an unforgettable experience for fans.
Genesis Invitational, Tiger Woods, and Breaking Records
At the Genesis Invitational, we hope to witness a historical moment where the winner shakes Tiger Woods’ hand during the trophy ceremony. This victor should earn the eligibility to defend their title in 2025. Imagine the excitement if Tiger conquers Riviera and claims his 83rd title, surpassing Sam Snead’s long-standing record. The golfing world would explode with joy!
Rickie Fowler and Palmer’s Legacy
We envision Rickie Fowler, a player who embraces his fans with autographs reminiscent of Arnold Palmer, slipping into the King’s alpaca red sweater awarded to the champion of Palmer’s tournament in Orlando. Witnessing this would be a heartwarming tribute to Palmer’s enduring legacy.
Thrilling Moments at TPC Sawgrass
On the 50th anniversary of the Players Championship, we want to witness the winner leap into the water at the 18th hole, much like Jerry Pate did in 1982. This iconic celebration would become a symbol of victory and celebration at this prestigious tournament.
A Masters Showdown and Cinderella Story
Our dream scenario at the Masters is to witness Rory McIlroy and Jon Rahm battling it out in the final group on a gripping Sunday. It would be equally thrilling if Tiger Woods and Scottie Scheffler were in the next group, with all players tied for the lead as they entered the back nine. This competitive atmosphere would provide unforgettable moments in golf history.
Co-ed Teams and Match-Play Tournament
Apart from individual tournaments, we strongly support the inclusion of co-ed teams in the Grant Thornton Invitational. Building on this concept, we suggest making the Zurich Classic of New Orleans an official co-ed team event. Such innovations bring freshness and excitement to golf, capturing the attention of a wider audience.
The PGA Tour should also consider reintroducing a match-play tournament, whether revamping an existing event or creating a new one. Match-play competitions add a unique dimension to the golfing calendar and inject excitement into the sport. It’s essential to rectify the absence of such tournaments, particularly with Austin’s unfortunate removal from the schedule.
First-Time Major Winners and Memorable Moments
We would love to see a first-time major winner emerge at the PGA Championship. Players like Xander Schauffele, Patrick Cantlay, Tony Finau, and Viktor Hovland have shown tremendous potential, and it’s about time they claim their first major victories. Additionally, Billy Horschel winning the Memorial would be a remarkable story, especially after experiencing highs and lows throughout his career.

Scottish Open and British Success
In Scotland, we hope that the wind picks up again during the Genesis Scottish Open’s final round. It would be incredible to witness local talent Robert MacIntyre secure victory in his national open, following his close finish against Rory McIlroy this year.
Tommy Fleetwood and Major Triumph
Tommy Fleetwood has come close to winning on the PGA Tour, but he hasn’t quite achieved it yet. We eagerly await his breakthrough moment so we can finally put aside the narrative of his absence from the winner’s circle. And what better place for him to claim that victory than at the British Open at Troon?
Drama and Excitement at the Ryder Cup in Paris
We anticipate captivating drama at the Ryder Cup in Paris. Imagine the thrill of seeing Viktor Hovland sinking a winning putt at the 18th hole of Le Golf National, with passionate Norwegian announcers conveying the excitement. The clash for gold medals will undoubtedly provide thrilling moments and create lasting memories.
Amateur Success, Comeback Victories, and Ultimate Underdog
We aspire to witness an amateur golfer winning on the PGA Tour, something that hasn’t happened since Phil Mickelson’s triumph in 1991. Tournaments like the Rocket Mortgage Classic, 3M Open, or Barracuda Championship seem ripe for a young talent like Gordon Sargent or Nick Dunlap to shine. Moreover, nothing captures our hearts more than a struggling pro finding redemption. We want to see a player who barely broke 80 all season suddenly seize a last-minute opportunity and win the Wyndham Championship, qualifying for the FedEx Cup just like Jim Herman and Lucas Glover did before.
As for the ultimate rags-to-riches story, we would love for an unexpected player to triumph at the Tour Championship and claim the FedEx Cup, leaving a legacy for the underdogs in golf.
A Celebratory Victory in Montreal
Royal Montreal has the potential to host a memorable victory for the International Team. Our desire is to witness Nick Taylor, who broke the Canadian Open curse, clinch the winning point in the Presidents Cup held in Montreal. It would be an exhilarating moment marred only by the humorous mishap of Adam Hadwin getting caught up in security while attempting to join the celebration.
More Intense Competitions
Most importantly, we want to see the best players competing against each other more frequently. If that’s not feasible, we hope the powers-that-be can at least agree on a PGA Tour-LIV Ryder Cup-style competition. Let’s focus on the thrilling competition that happens on the course, leaving unnecessary off-course drama behind.
