Now that you have successfully loaded onto your back side, the next question arises: What should you do with the weight as you transition back down to strike the ball? The Rock Shot can be beneficial in this aspect as well.
As you initiate the downswing, utilize the cambered sole of the Rock Shot to roll your back foot inward and towards the target while simultaneously posting up with your front leg (refer to the image on the right above). Although it is possible to practice this motion without the aid, incorporating the device can enhance your learning experience.
